Steps
- Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat: add turkey and cook until no longer pink.
- Add bell pepper, onion and tomatoes pulse in a food processor until it has the texture of chunky salsa.
- Add veggie mixture and noodles to skillet. Add chili beans, cumin and chili powder and let simmer for 15 minutes.
